Ladies, we know how it goes - chasing after time seems to be our never-ending battle! However, when we do get a chance to unwind and practice some self-care, we tend to prioritise our hair, nails, face and skin! 

But let's not forget about our trusty feet that work tirelessly to support us throughout the day in all kinds of footwear whether in heels, sneakers, tap shoes or socks. It's about time we give them the pampering they deserve!

 5 simple habits you can incorporate into your routine to take care of your feet:

 Habit 1- Keep them clean and dry -This may seem like a no-brainer, but regularly washing your feet with soap and water and drying them thoroughly can prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi that cause infections.


Habit 2: Wear comfortable shoes -Avoid shoes that are too tight or too loose, as they can cause blisters, corns, and calluses. If you must wear heels, choose ones that are no higher than two inches and avoid wearing them every day.


 Habit 3: Trim your toenails- Trim your toenails regularly: Cut your nails straight across and not too short and use a file to smooth any rough edges. This will prevent ingrown toenails and fungal infections.


Habit 4: Moisturise your feet- Use a moisturiser or foot cream to keep your feet soft and prevent cracks and dryness. Apply the cream to your heels, the balls of your feet, and between your toes.


Habit 5: Stretch and exercises your feet- Give your feet a good stretch and massage after a long day or any strenuous activity. This will help improve circulation, relieve tension, and reduce the risk of injury.


By incorporating these habits into your daily routine, you can keep your feet healthy, happy, and comfortable for years to come.
